Special feature:
In 1965, the first Rickenbacker 360 models in the “NS New Style” were built, characterized by their rounded edges.
This Rickenbacker 360 has an exceptionally thin top. In later models, up to the present day, the top is significantly thicker.
The construction of the body is particularly noteworthy: this guitar features what is known as “X-bracing” on the inside. Modern Rickenbacker instruments have a “sustain block.” Thanks to the X-bracing, the guitar is significantly louder when played unamplified than instruments with a sustain block.
It also features a checkerboard binding on the back, mother-of-pearl inlays on the fingerboard, and the famous Rickenbacker stereo jack.
The guitar plays very well and has fantastic string action.
About the condition:
The instrument is used.
There aresigns of wear on the instrument, which are clearly visible in the photographs. The finish has been removed from the back of the neck.
The original truss rods work perfectly.
All of the electronics are untouched and original, just as the guitar left the factory.
