Rickenbacker 2030GF Glenn Frey

SOLD !!!

Used, very well preserved and unused "Rickenbacker 2030GF Glenn Frey" in the color Jetglo year 1992 incl. original Rickenbacker case and new certificate.

Special feature
Very few of the Rickenbacker 2030GF, which is actually a 2020 model, were built.

A total of 1000 units of the 230GF + 2030GF model were to be built. Due to low demand, however, production was discontinued, which has never happened with any other signature series from Rickenbacker. Only 239 of the original 1000 guitars and basses were actually built.

Peter D. Boyer writes in his Rickenbacker Bass book that "less than 100" have been built.

The bass and the fingerboard are made entirely of maple and the fingerboard has a black lacquer finish.

About the condition of the Rickenbacker:
There are only slight traces of polishing on the entire instrument. The black finish of the bridge is slightly discolored, clearly visible in the pictures.

The original TrussRods are unmodified and work perfectly.

The entire electronics are untouched and original, just as the guitar left the Rickenbacker factory.

The frets are very slightly worn, 9.5 out of 10, where 10 would be the new condition.

Accessories:
The original Rickenbacker case is included and shows signs of use.

A key is also included with the case, as well as the original Rickenbacker instruction manual and an original Rickenbacker care cloth.

A new certificate of authenticity issued by Rickenbacker is also included.

This instrument does NOT contain wood that is protected under the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES I & CITES II).
This means that no CITES certificate is required for trade.
