Special feature:
Rickenbacker only made acoustic guitars for a very short time and in very small numbers. They are among the holy grails of Rickenbacker.
From 1994 to 2002, several were produced at the Rickenbacker factory in California. Rickenbacker then decided to stop manufacturing them in-house and outsourced this task to Paul A. Wilczynski, who had the honor of building 40 Rickenbacker acoustic guitars, each of which was to be unique. Each of these guitars was made to customer specifications.
This Rickenbacker was made with maple sides and back, and the top is solid spruce. The neck is maple, and the fingerboard is bubinga.
The guitar was equipped with an LG Baggs Anthem pickup ex works.
