"Rickenbacker 650 s Sierra 1993," including original case and certificate.
The instrument shown here is available for sale!
Special feature:
The Rickenbacker 650s Sierra is a rare find. It is the luxury version of the Rickenbacker 650d Dakota.
The sides and back of the body and the headstock are made of walnut.
The hardware is 24k gold-plated. The Rickenbacker 650 also features a wider fretboard than any other Rickenbacker model (except for the 660 series, 1993 and later).
24 frets with exceptionally easy access, a one-piece maple neck, and walnut sides.
Furthermore, the guitar is equipped with original Rickenbacker humbucker pickups. While these are relatively unknown compared to HighGains and Toasters, they’re really great pickups that cover a much wider range of styles, from jangle to rock and even metal. In my opinion, these pickups are a real hidden gem.
The guitar plays very well and has fantastic string action.
