Special feature:
The new 5-string from Rickenbacker features the new triangular single-coil pickups.
The body is made of walnut, and the neck is made of maple with an inlaid walnut strip. Rickenbacker simply oiled the entire instrument; it was not varnished.
Because this instrument has no finish, it is significantly louder and more resonant than comparable Rickenbacker instruments with a finish.
Like all modern 4003 models, this bass features a push-pull potentiometer. When activated, it engages the bass’s vintage circuitry.

The instrument is new.

The original case is included with the product.
The case also comes with a key, as well as the original Rickenbacker owner's manual and an original Rickenbacker cleaning cloth.
