The Gretsch features a mahogany body equipped with sound chambers, which makes the guitar exceptionally lightweight. A photo of the instrument on a scale can be found on our website.
The guitar is exceptionally good and plays like "butter" with a low string action, and it has the sound you'd expect from a Gretsch DuoJet with Filtertrons.
Regarding the condition:
The instrument is used.
There are slight signs of wear on the instrument. There are a few small scratches here and there, and the back has some scratches from a belt.
To improve the neck's playability, the back of the finish was lightly sanded, which makes the neck feel much smoother to play.
The original truss rod works perfectly.
All of the electronics are untouched and original, just as the guitar left the factory.
