RockWall Guitars does not have regular opening hours.
Just call or send an email to arrange an appointment.
The prices quoted are, of course, final prices; apart from any shipping costs No additional costs.
Since we mainly deal in used instruments , we apply differential taxation in accordance with §25a UStG (German VAT Act), which should only be relevant to those of you who are commercial buyers. VAT is included in the price but is not shown separately on the invoice.
If, in individual cases, there is an instrument to which differential taxation does not apply(these are usually new instruments), this will be indicated in the product description.
The instruments are usually shipped via DHL. Upon request, other shipping companies can also be considered.
When placing an order, a prepayment transfer to our bank account is sufficient. In exceptional cases, cash on delivery shipments are also possible. We also offer PayPal, but due to the high fees that you ultimately pay, we are rather reluctant to do so.
Cash payments are possible here on site.

If you would like to send us an instrument for purchase or trade-in, here are some tips for packaging:
- Loosenthe strings of the instrument slightly, but not so much that the bridge can come loose.
- Ensure that the guitar cannot move around inside the case, especially at the headstock. If it does, pad the gaps firmly, e.g., with paper.
- Please do not send keys or other metal objects loose in the suitcase, as these can cause ugly scratches or even chips in the paintwork. If necessary, pack them in a bag and seal it so that nothing can happen.
- The guitar/case must not be able to move around loosely inside the box. Fill any empty spaces between the box and the case with padding, e.g., paper.
- Be sure to pad the corners of the suitcases in the box well with paper or similar material.
- Large boxes are often available from bicycle or TV retailers. If all else fails, we will be happy to send you a box including packing materials.
- When handing over the package to DHL, please ensure that the length of the package does not exceed 1.20 m. If the package is longer than 1.20 m, it is considered oversized and will be significantly more expensive.
- At DHL, parcels are usually insured up to EUR 500. However, additional insurance coverage of EUR 2,500 or even EUR 25,000 can be added for a few euros.
If a guitar is marked as "reserved," this means that we are currently waiting for payment for the instrument or that the instrument will be picked up by the customer. If no payment has been received, it is possible that the instrument is still available for purchase.
So if you're interested in the instrument, let's have a message arrive.
Purchase and trade-in:
Of course, we also purchase guitars and basses or accept them in part exchange.
Of particular interest here are Rickenbacker, Gretsch, Fender, Gibson, Duesenberg, and Taylor.
Unfortunately, we do not usually purchase amps, low-priced guitars, or acoustic guitars.
If you would like to sell or trade in a guitar or bass, please send RockWall Guitars an email with your asking price. Please understand that as a dealer, I cannot pay list prices, but only the usual dealer purchase prices.
Commission:
With a commission sale, RockWall Guitars takes care of selling your instrument for you. We produce professional images and descriptions, handle the sale, and take care of shipping. We also provide the warranty to the buyer.
We will also publish your equipment on our Facebook page, our own website, and many other trading platforms.
In return, we receive a reasonable commission, which is only payable once your instrument has been sold. The amount of the commission is generally based on the value of your instrument, i.e., the higher the value of your instrument, the less you pay in percentage terms.
For commission transactions, we do not accept instruments with a value of less than EUR 1,500.
